5-Year Warranty, Administered by National Warranty Company
Every new Oz Star Caravan purchased from 1 July 2026 comes with a 5-year warranty, starting from the day you pick up your caravan.
If you purchased your caravan prior to 1 July 2026, please contact your local branch for information on your warranty terms.
National Warranty Company (NWC) specialises in the administration of warranties and roadside assistance Australia-wide.
National Warranty Company is the trading name of Davantage Group Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Australia's specialist insurance, warranty and finance company Presidian Holdings Pty Ltd.
Davantage Group Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) number 438157.
Your warranty includes:

These warranties are administered on behalf of Oz Star Caravans by Davantage Group Pty Ltd (ABN 35 161 967 166) which trades as National Warranty Company. National Warranty Company has an Australia-wide repair network, so in the unfortunate event you require a repair, you could get back on the road sooner.

The Warranty Product is issued by your motor dealer and is administered by Davantage Group Pty Ltd (ABN 35 161 967 166 AFSL 438157) trading as National Warranty Company (NWC). There may be some features of the warranty which overlap with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in the purchase of the warranty excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are not required to pay for your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
Making a claim
If your caravan suffers a mechanical fault or breakdown, contact NWC on 1800 888 760 before arranging any repair work. A member of the NWC Claims Team will direct you to your nearest approved repairer.

Roadside Assistance
Your 5-year Roadside Assistance includes:
- Towing and flat battery assistance
- Emergency fuel assistance
- No joining fee
- Unlimited service calls per annum
